William and I have just returned from our honeymoon in Capri and wanted to say our Wedding Cake was absolutely stunning. Bryan and I just wanted to say how much we loved our wedding cake, it was such a surprise for us as we had not seen the design with the beautiful flowers attached to the side before so it looked different to the picture I had shown you, our cake looked better than I imagined. Our guests loved it. They loved it so much that Bryan and only only got to taste the lower tier which was the Banana flavour. The top tier (vanilla bean sponge) and middle tier (coconut sponge with passion fruit jam) went in a flash!!! We luckily have the memory of the tasting day!! We are so glad that we found you. Now that the madness of the wedding has finally subsided, I thought I would write to express our huge thanks for the wonderful wedding cake you created for us. Everyone loved it and our guests were thrilled to be able to take away their own little cake. One of our guests even brought her cake down to breakfast with her the next day to tell us yet again how enchanted she was by it! It worked so perfectly with our day and with our theme.
I should also say a little something about how the cake tasted of course, which was DIVINE! We only got to try the rose petal jam top tier ourselves but everyone I’ve spoken to has raved about the taste of their mini cakes too, whether it was the lemon or the chocolate ganache.

Many many thanks for the beautiful cake you delivered to us (at the CAA) last Tuesday. It was a total ‘success fou’… I am still eating it - (day 7!) it was so delicious. The icing keeps it moist… Yum Yum Yum. I loved the way everyone could choose between two flavours as well …. (That gave everyone an excuse to have 2 slices!!) Everyone was simply awe struck by its fine fabrication, towering height and solid little pug - just like the real dog. Hi! A couple of days ago was my 12th birthday and all I wanted for my birthday was a book called “Sweet and Simple Party Cakes”, I think you know the one. I was wanting that book for a month or two, so I asked my mom, “can I please have it?!”; but she said, “wait until your birthday or save up for it”. I saved up and got the book for myself for my birthday! I love the book and I also love how you show pictures of the steps in cutting the top off the cakes and icing them. I also find it helpful when you show pictures of the tools you used. Most of all, I love the beautiful cakes that YOU made! They’re amazing! I haven’t taken any cake making classes yet but I want to sooooo badly! I’ve been wanting to make cakes daily, but my mom usually says no. Do you teach any classes? I would love to learn how to decorate and make cakes for a living and just for fun! One day I am going to be a great cake maker and designer just like you ! Thank you for writing and publishing your book; and making wonderful cakes!

The 22nd April was a wonderful day - the wedding went off without a hitch and we had the added bonus of a beautiful day. Tim and Shelly were absolutely thrilled with the wedding cake and the chef and wedding organiser at the Vineyard both said it was the most beautiful cake they had seen - so there’s a compliment for you May!! It really did look stunning. The whole day was a complete success and I cannot thank you enough for such beautifully decorated cakes. Thank you so much for the cake for the event at the British Library - it was wonderful and very, very tasty…There was some left over but luckily I was able to take it from our catering staff just in time and take it back to our office. Bryan and I just wanted to say how much we loved our wedding cake, it was such a surprise for us as we had not seen the design with the beautiful flowers attached to the side before so it looked different to the picture I had shown you, our cake looked better than I imagined. Our guests loved it. They loved it so much that Bryan and only only got to taste the lower tier which was the Banana flavour. The top tier (vanilla bean sponge) and middle tier (coconut sponge with passion fruit jam) went in a flash!!! We luckily have the memory of the tasting day!! We are so glad that we found you. Your cake for Jeremy’s birthday party was an absolute triumph! It was magnificent and exactly matched what I had in mind as a centre piece for our celebrations. Now that the madness of the wedding has finally subsided, I thought I would write to express our huge thanks for the wonderful wedding cake you created for us. Everyone loved it and our guests were thrilled to be able to take away their own little cake. One of our guests even brought her cake down to breakfast with her the next day to tell us yet again how enchanted she was by it! It worked so perfectly with our day and with our theme.
I should also say a little something about how the cake tasted of course, which was DIVINE! We only got to try the rose petal jam top tier ourselves but everyone I’ve spoken to has raved about the taste of their mini cakes too, whether it was the lemon or the chocolate ganache.
I wanted to let you know that we loved our cake it and got lots of compliments from our guests. Thank you so much, it was really beautiful and tasted delicious. x

We didn’t get the chance to thank you in person for the really magical and sparkly cake that you made for us. It was absolutely exquisite and just the prettiest cake I have ever seen. Of course it was absolutely delicious too. One friend actually had 5 pieces then took some home with him too. Many many thanks for the beautiful cake you delivered to us (at the CAA) last Tuesday. It was a total ‘success fou’… I am still eating it - (day 7!) it was so delicious. The icing keeps it moist… Yum Yum Yum. I loved the way everyone could choose between two flavours as well …. (That gave everyone an excuse to have 2 slices!!) Everyone was simply awe struck by its fine fabrication, towering height and solid little pug - just like the real dog. My husband hurled handfuls of the fresh roses into crowd to great glee after we cut it and I was enchanted by the way the sugar petals fluttered off the cake just like real blossom…Thank you so much and I wish you all future success.

Hi! A couple of days ago was my 12th birthday and all I wanted for my birthday was a book called “Sweet and Simple Party Cakes”, I think you know the one. I was wanting that book for a month or two, so I asked my mom, “can I please have it?!”; but she said, “wait until your birthday or save up for it”. I saved up and got the book for myself for my birthday! I love the book and I also love how you show pictures of the steps in cutting the top off the cakes and icing them. I also find it helpful when you show pictures of the tools you used. Most of all, I love the beautiful cakes that YOU made! They’re amazing! I haven’t taken any cake making classes yet but I want to sooooo badly! I’ve been wanting to make cakes daily, but my mom usually says no. Do you teach any classes? I would love to learn how to decorate and make cakes for a living and just for fun! One day I am going to be a great cake maker and designer just like you ! Thank you for writing and publishing your book; and making wonderful cakes!
