We are delighted that our new book is now available. You can create over 40 simple yet incredibly stylish cakes for every occasion, from weddings and anniversaries, to birthdays, christenings and Christmas. NB: There are several varieties of fresh flowers used as cake decoration in this book. Please be aware that the Gloriosa Lily used to decorate the Rouge cake on page 112 is toxic if eaten. The use of Gloriosa in my book is a creative choice and not a recommendation. Please ensure that all display flora and any cake wires used for decoration purposes are removed from your cakes before serving. |

An audience of over 400 senior corporate executives from major city banks, insurance companies and financial institutions were entertained in style by comedian Rory Bremner. The evening closed with a spectacular live auction of 10 luxury "money can't buy" lots, Including a rare Beatles album signed by all of the Fab Four - a Jaguar convertible XK8 + three year's complimentary petrol from BP and a 1966 World Cup montage with signed photos from the original 12 members of the England squad. Every bride dreams of the perfect
wedding day be it a traditional village church ceremony with champagne reception or a sun kissed Caribbean affair. But turning these dreams into reality on the big day is no piece of cake. It requires meticulous planning and co-ordination which is why style-gurus Colin McAllister and Justin Ryan are coming to the rescue. Justin and Colin combine their flair and insight with their impeccable taste (and, of course, respect for the couples budget) to create their dream day. May created a fabulous wedding cake for the series. |
