Mark and I would like to say a big thank you for our beautiful wedding cake. The colour and silk flowers were exactly as we hoped and it fitted in perfectly with the art-deco style dress and finishing touches. It also tasted lovely and we received many compliments on both the look and lemony-ness of it!
Thank you for the wonderful wedding cake that you made for our wedding in the Penthouse and Pavilion at The Dorchester. Your mini cakes were beautiful and delicious and received lots of lovely comments. One of my guests thought it was an ornament because it was so beautiful and they kept it on their mantlepiece until they were told that it was actually a cake!!

Just like you, I have made cakes for family and friends since as far back as I can remember, always striving for perfection. I also did a floristry course a few years ago which covered all aspects of design – colour, scale, form, texture etc and until now, I was a little confused as to how I could move forward business wise – but now I know!

The 22nd April was a wonderful day – the wedding went off without a hitch and we had the added bonus of a beautiful day. Tim and Shelly were absolutely thrilled with the wedding cake and the chef and wedding organiser at the Vineyard both said it was the most beautiful cake they had seen – so there’s a compliment for you May!! It really did look stunning. The whole day was a complete success and I cannot thank you enough for such beautifully decorated cakes. The compliments flowed throughout the evening on both the decoration and content of the cakes. Both Shelly and Tim have asked me to pass on their thanks to you. Thank you so much for the cake for the event at the British Library – it was wonderful and very, very tasty…There was some left over but luckily I was able to take it from our catering staff just in time and take it back to our office. A big THANK YOU to you for making such a fabulous wedding cake for us – The cake went down an absolute storm, your sugar flowers were stunning, so elegant, and everybody commented on how perfectly it matched the whole colour scheme of the wedding and the invitations, menus etc. I have also never tasted such a lovely wedding cake – all other ones I have had before were dry but yours was lovely and moist, and the chocolate was proper rich chocolate fudge which is exactly what we wanted (I confess I actually ate 7 pieces of the chocolate cake during the evening do!). A huge thank you for a tremendous cake, I managed to drive extremely carefully all the way to the Cotswold’s safely! It looked fabulous and tasted amazing! (the groom insisted taking the remaining chocolate layer cling filmed back to his honeymoon suite! Thank you so much for the absolutely wonderful cake you made for the City Dinner – it was one of my most favourite things of the evening! It was beautiful. A big THANK YOU to you for making such a fabulous wedding cake for us – The cake went down an absolute storm, your sugar flowers were stunning, so elegant, and everybody commented on how perfectly it matched the whole colour scheme of the wedding and the invitations, menus etc. I have also never tasted such a lovely wedding cake – all other ones I have had before were dry but yours was lovely and moist, and the chocolate was proper rich chocolate fudge which is exactly what we wanted (I confess I actually ate 7 pieces of the chocolate cake during the evening do!). Still got a small section of fruit left at home but it’s disappearing fast..So thank you again and I shall recommend you to engaged friends!
